The competitive strategy that our company follows is industry wide and cost. We have multiple locations around world and our prices low. This addresses the threats from the five factors because we are very affordable to our customers. They come for the trampoline adventures and the substitutes, even though high, won’t take over our main attraction. Our competition isn't as global as us because our expansion has gone from US to Mexico, Australia, Canada and even the Middle East. Our prices attract the consumer because we keep our prices low. We stay competitive with the prices and the type of equipment we use.
