An issue that Sky Zone runs into is that the Waiver Station hardware is difficult to use for some customers. Many customers express their frustration with the waiver station and the issue of waivers being non-transferrable. To stay up to date, Sky Zone should look into updating the "Hardware" which is a touch screen windows system that they use or they need revert back to simple technology with just a keyboard and mouse. Sky Zone must look into new hardware that could keep the company more organized and help it run a little more smoother on the customers side of things. The software used "Center Edge" is a great program for a business like Sky Zone and is the backbone of the the company. There are very minimal changes that should be made to the software. Center Edge meets every need that Sky Zone needs and is very easy to use and understand for all employees.
Another problem we decided needs to be addressed was the fact that Sky Zone is a franchise. Being a privately owned business' that allows mangers to have their own framework creates a big Silo within the corporation. We recommend creating a cloud within the different locations allowing all businesses which will allow for every location to acquire the information from every customer that has used any Sky Zone facility this will create less problems for customers who want to use different locations. This process will make better use of resources and services.
This is our Gantt chart that we have produced over the semester. It labels all the assignments that we have did to complete the company blog and the project overall. it displays the dates we did each assignment and how long the assignment took.
